Sunday the Pre-Monday

It's a minute since my last blog. Yet, I won't bore you with the details.

Okay here's the topic. Is Sunday the day we worship God, or is it Monday for all who practice Religious Philosophy?

I was struck by this question on, of course, Sunday. I admitted I wasn't on my way to church but to the grocery store. Just like every other devoted Christian my first thought were shame on me. Yet, unlike many days in the past, I didn't feel my normal conviction. Now I believe in Micheal Jackson's philosophy, starting with the man in the mirror. I blame myself for getting to caught up in the cares of the world. Still when I went to search for reason or logic it wasn't there. My next thoughts were yeah I'll get some encouragement and then I will reach into my wallet to support the churches vision for spreading the gospel.

Here's the dilemma. Am I the only one who shares these feeling, or is God also a part of this group that share my noddy thoughts. He gets a little worship at the gate of the services, but for the most part it's business as usual.

Is the churches agenda God's agenda? Hmmm...
